Refund policy

Should you receive a damaged or defective item we will be happy to assist you in returning the item to receive a refund. 

All returns must be requested after 30 days upon receipt.

Returns must be mailed within 14 days of receiving shipping label.

Unless you are returning a defective item, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

Refunds will be sent once we receive the item.

Submit Refund


In the email field, enter your email address and then click ‘Continue’.
2. A 6-digit verification code will be emailed to the address provided.
3. Return to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order number that you wish to request a return for.
3. Select the item(s) that you wish to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note explaining the issue with your purchase. Please be specific. (e.g. “Disc 1 is warped”, “Record has audible defects on Track 2”, etc.)
5. Click ‘Request Return’


If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned back to the store, a refund will be issued.


**Excessive LP return requests for minor flaws may result in restriction of LP purchases.
**Item's not returned in the condition they were received will receive a 10% restocking fee or be mailed back to the customer.

 

International Music Returns

Due to the extreme cost of shipping products internationally, should you receive a defective music title, Weird Fish Records is not able to provide return shipping of the item. All costs related to shipping an item for return to and from Weird Fish Records will be the financial responsibility of the customer.
